We are looking for some Dispatchers for one of our best customers in Calgary.

Different Shifts Available

8 hrs. a day

$20 an hour

Courier Delivery Company

3 months Assignment, chances to get full time after 3 months.

Candidate has to dispatch courier delivery drivers for different shifts and locations.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to designated locations
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and dispatch activities
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing assignments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and call center software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 per hour
